To become an active member of myfloralplace.com all you need to do is register once. Select “Join Now!” at the top of the home page. Please note that information blocks with an “*” need to be filled in completely and accurately. Insert your e-mail address in both locations. We use your e-mail as a line to communicate and get your photos to you. Create an easy to remember password. We suggest mixing characters and numbers for security purposes. Input your name. If you are a Price Chopper guest, please put in your Advantage Card number located on the back of your Advantage Card. Since the site is designed to make your order “custom” to your specific taste and requests, please give us a phone number to reach you. We can communicate via e-mail but as time is usually a factor and we want to meet your expectations, your phone number is important. Primary and Secondary Contact are scroll down menu’s for your preferences of ways to contact you. Myfloralplace.com is designed to enhance our guest services and communication with you, not replace the personal touch. Click on the “Register Me” box at the bottom of the page and you are ready to begin. To login – Type in your e-mail address in the upper box, then tab down or hit enter to go to the password box. You may see your e-mail address
appear in full just below the e-mail address box. If it is easier for you, click your mouse on the text, hit enter and you don’t have to type the
whole address. Immediately following Log in you will be asked to select a “zip code” or “select a store”. Once you select a catalog option you will be prompted to put a zip code in the left side of the screen or select a store from the right side of the screen. If you would like to get your flowers delivered, you should use the zip code of the recipient. If you intend to pick up your flowers just select the store that is most convenient for you from the drop down menu. Once you enter the store or zip code of your choice, you will have access to that store's available selections. Customizing your order for areas outside of our marketplace- The customization option is unique to Central Market and Price Chopper stores. If you select a delivery location outside of our area, your order will be filled by a florist in our partner network, FTD. If your order is filled through the FTD network, specific customization cannot be guaranteed, although we will work to meet your every need. In addition, photos will not be added to your portfolio. To view our catalog options, click on “Occasion Catalogue” on the upper left hand side of the menu bar. You can also go to the catalog by selecting “click here” on the “Occasion Catalogue” box on the left side of the home screen. Remember, these are ideas or selections that you can use to order. At any time before your order is confirmed, you may select your own preferences or have your certified floral designer help you create a personal arrangement. Occasion browsing- on the left hand side of the screen you will see specific categories of occasions you may be shopping for. You may search ideas using this option. You may also select “View All” to see our whole catalog. Items per page- You may choose how many items you can view at once by using the scroll down menu on the right hand side of the screen. Next-If there are more options than you see, you can forward using the “next’ button on the bottom of the screen. Previous- if you want to go back to a page you have viewed in the catalog, click the “previous” button on the bottom of the screen. Zoom- if you would like to see a larger photo of the piece you are browsing, click anywhere in the picture box. This will bring you to a larger photo and have a brief description of the item you are looking at. This is the “Catalog Item” page. Catalog Item Page-You can either add the selection directly from this page using your “add to cart” or “customize” button. Select the “back” button to go back to where you were in the catalog. “Order Now” – If you decide to select a catalog item without any adjustment, click the “order now” button. This will bring you to your shopping cart. “Customize”- If you have found an item that you like but would like to adjust, or is in the price point you were looking for, but needs modifications click on the “customize” button. This will bring you to the Customize page. Customize- to make your order specific to your requests, you will need to type your criteria in the box located on the customize page. You get here by clicking “customize” on the bottom of every picture. Tell us what you want- This unique feature can be maximized with every order. Feel free to put in color, flower, price or any other preference you may have in the text box on the “customize” page. Once you have made your request, click “submit” Our friendly floral team will confirm your requests with you before filling your order. ***Please note that no order of additional value will be filled without your final e-mail approval.**** You will always be contacted within 2 hours of any status change in your order during normal business hours. 9 to 5 pm EST. How do I know what I get? - Every Custom Order you and your Central Market florist create will be photographed and put on your “my flower orders” screen. Every time you order you will be adding to your personal floral order portfolio. Shopping Cart- your shopping cart is where all of your selections are stored while you browse the catalog. You can view your quantities, prices, names, photo and any customization requests on this page. Quantities- You will see a box of how many of each item you order. Changing quantity-if you would like to change the number of arrangements you order, click in the quantity box, highlight the number in there and type in new number. If you put the number zero “o” in the quantity box, be sure to click “update quantity” button at bottom of screen. This will bring to an updated page with your new information. Tax and Delivery- We operate in different market areas, so you may see tax and delivery charges in the shopping cart that aren’t applicable to you. At Checkout, these charges will become applicable to your order. Need to make additions after order is sent If you visit “My Flower Orders” and your order is still pending, you can add to your order. Click on the pencil icon. This is the reorder icon. This will add a duplicate of whatever you already have in your shopping cart. You can make adjustments to that item specifically (see delete/change quantities) or you can proceed to “continue shopping" at the bottom of the page. Definitions of some of the features in your “Shopping Cart” Checkout- this screen is where you provide the information required to fill the order. You will see some of the items you saw in your shopping cart. Image- the image you have selected is what the item will look like if you have not customized your order. Name- this box states the name of the arrangement Custom- this box will reflect any notes you made on the customization page. Price- this box reflects the catalog price for the arrangement. If you have customized the order, price is subject to change depending on selections made. You florist will contact you with any price changes before completing the order. Subtotal- this is the price of your arrangement before tax and delivery charge Delivery Charge- A $10 minimum delivery charge will be included on this page, for any order for delivery. Tax- Total tax for your order Total- Price of your order including delivery charge and tax Receive- this box reflects the choice of payment and receipt of the arrangement. If you have not met the criteria for a delivery area of $35.00, you will always see “Pick up” options here. If your order is over $35.00 you will be given delivery options. *Please see delivery and pick up for more information. Pickup date- Click on the date you would like your flowers ready or delivered on the calendar provided. The calendar will default to the earliest ready time available. Same day delivery is guaranteed for all orders placed by 2:00 pm. Selected date- This will show the date of receipt or delivery in standard date format. Pickup Time-If you are picking your order up, select the time from the drop down menu that reflects the earliest time you will show up to pick up. If it can be a large window of time that you may arrive in, feel free to make note of that in the notes box. Gift Message- This is where you type in the message as you would like it to appear on the enclosure card. Notes: This is for any information you want to share with your florist or special requests. Notes Example: “I need my balloons bagged or I could be there before work or after” Pick-up Option- this may be used for the following reasons:
You may pay for delivery either in store or on line. Payment must be received before order will be sent. Terms of delivery Shipping and Delivery MyFloralPlace.com, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver an order on the requested day. Our service providers do not telephone the sender or recipient prior to delivering orders, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. MyFloralPlace.com is not responsible for:
Pay In Person- In store- If you would like to pay in store, you can use cash, credit card, and or a check. *Using a check requires Advantage card and normal check receiving policies. Payment on line- If you select to use payment “on line” you will be directed to a “billing information” screen. Fill in your billing information that is asked. Address, city-state, zip. Verify delivery information is proper. Order information will be carried over from prior screens. Once information is inputted into the boxes, hit the “ continue to secure payment form’ button on the bottom of the screen. This will take to you to the YourPay site. Follow their prompts. myfloralplace.com will allow to place orders for multiple pieces. If your pieces are intended for 2 different delivery addresses , you will need to make separate orders for each location that is different. this is the page that stores all of your orders placed through myfloralplace.com. It is unique to only you. View Order History- is the name of the page you will see that holds all of your orders. Order number- you will see an order number above every order you place. Next to the number you will see the status of your order. Statuses: Pending- You have sent the order and the store hasn’t responded to you yet. Order is not confirmed to be filled yet. Pending approval- florist is waiting for your approval on feedback they provide you regarding your order. This could be substations or price changes. Approved- this order has been agreed upon by you and your florist. They will be filling the order for requested delivery date. Delivered- order was filled and delivered or en route for delivery and custom picture will be updated. Picked up- order was picked up and photo is updated Myfloralplace.com participants are on a secure site. They can only e-mail you through your order communications. If you have any questions or are not receiving your confirmation e-mails, call the store you are working with immediately. The phone number is in the top right hand side of the screen. Like what you see and want to share? Simply click on “Tell a Friend” and put your friends e-mail addresses in. We will send them the directly to the site. “My Calendar” is your own place to input and store your important dates. Click on the “My Calendar” part of the tool bar, or “Click here” on the view and update calendar portion of the home page. This will bring you to “My Special Events”To create your own calendar of events, click on “create” In the name of the event box, click name of the date you are identifying. For example, Joe’s Birthday. Select the date on the calendar of “Joe’s birthday” by using the top calendar. Months go forward and back using the arrows on the top of the calendar. If you would like an e-mail reminder sent to you to remind you of your event, you can choose a date to be reminded the same way you selected the event date.
